Obituary: Pauline C. (Thibault) Travis

Mrs. Pauline C. (Thibault) Travis, 63, of Plymouth died peacefully at her home on Friday, September 3rd after her long battle with ALS. The daughter of the late Robert and Bernice (Boudreaux) Thibault, she was born in Fall River and was a long time resident of Halifax. Mrs. Travis was a graduate of Case High School and Bryant College. Mrs. Travis was the Administrative Assistant in the Board of Selectman's office at the Halifax Town Hall for several years. She later held a position as a paralegal secretary for the Law Offices of Spinale and Spinale, where she remained a faithful and loyal employee for over twenty years.
Mrs. Travis had a passion for books, traveling, winters down in Florida and spending time with her beloved family and friends, especially her five grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Donald, her daughters Gayle Phelps and her husband Jeff of Hanson, Cheryl Eastman and
her husband Ned of Sandwich, and her five adored grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Emma, Ben and Lexi. She also leaves two brothers, Len Thibault of Swansea,and Lou Thibault of PA., her brother-in-law Ralph Travis of NH, her mother-in-law Hazel Travis of RI., and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Plymouth (Manomet) on Friday, September 10th from 4-7pm, immediately followed by a Remembrance Service.
